In the first half of 2024, Eplus3D, one of the leading innovators in Additive Manufacturing, introduced EP-M2050, known for its build volume of 2050 x 2050 x 1100 mm and its 64-laser configuration. EP-M2050 has successfully broken through the size limitations of metal 3D printers in the market, particularly its customizable Z-axis that can reach up to 2000mm.

 

In the process of exploring the Metal Powder Bed Fusion (MPBFTM) technology, Eplus3D has also actively researched and explored the batch production technology of large and medium-sized metal printers. On October 10th, Eplus3D proudly introduces EP-M4750, a metal additive manufacturing system that integrates large size with high quality. It demonstrates Eplus3D’s deep understanding of customer needs and commitment to meeting their evolving requirements.

 

EP-M4750, adopts Metal Powder Bed Fusion (MPBFTM) technology, featuring a forming chamber with dimensions of up to 450 x 750 x 530 mm. It is worth noting that the EP-M4750 stands out from other available medium to large-sized equipment on the market thanks to its innovative forming chamber. The rectangular cylindrical design, it is ideal for printing specific widen components, thereby providing a highly cost-effective solution for industries such as automotive.

 

Compatible with titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, nickel alloy, maraging steel, stainless steel and cobalt chrome, the EP-M4750 is an ideal solution for the direct manufacturing of large, high-precision, high-performance parts, making it perfect for the aerospace, aviation, tooling automotive and related industries.
